Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps
  • 6-8 slices of lean turkey breast
  • 1 cup fresh leafy greens (spinach or romaine)
  • 1 small tomato, thinly sliced
  • ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or hummus
  • Optional: sliced avocado, cheese, herbs (parsley, cilantro)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Warm the tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
  • Spread mayonnaise or hummus evenly over each wrap.
  • Layer turkey slices on top, covering the center of the wrap.
  • Add fresh greens, tomato, cucumber, and any optional ingredients.
  • Season with salt and pepper as desired.
  • Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Slice diagonally and serve immediately or wrap for later.
