Instructions

  • Roast sweet potato rounds at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Cook bacon until crisp and crumble.
  • Mix pumpkin purée, goat cheese, maple syrup, nutmeg, and salt. Spoon into phyllo shells and bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
