Description

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  2. Separate the eggs and beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Mix the yolks with cottage cheese and optional cream cheese.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
