Description

This Caesar Salad Wrap combines all the delicious flavors of a traditional Caesar salad with the convenience of a portable wrap. Packed with crisp romaine lettuce, grilled chicken (or your preferred protein), and creamy Caesar dressing, it’s the perfect meal for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 large wraps or tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 chicken breast, grilled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup croutons, crushed
  • Optional: Sliced tomatoes, avocado, or extra protein of choice

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare all ingredients. Grill the chicken and slice it thinly. Chop the lettuce and grate the parmesan cheese.
  • Step 2: Lay a wrap flat and add the lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, parmesan, and croutons.
  • Step 3: Fold in the sides and roll the wrap tightly. Slice diagonally and serve with extra dressing or a side dish.

Notes

  • To make this wrap lighter, use a low-fat Caesar dressing or a homemade dressing with Greek yogurt.
  • You can make the wrap ahead of time, but store the dressing separately to prevent sogginess.
