- 2 large wraps or tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 chicken breast, grilled and sliced
- 3 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup croutons, crushed
- Optional: Sliced tomatoes, avocado, or extra protein of choice
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare all ingredients. Grill the chicken and slice it thinly. Chop the lettuce and grate the parmesan cheese.
- Step 2: Lay a wrap flat and add the lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, parmesan, and croutons.
- Step 3: Fold in the sides and roll the wrap tightly. Slice diagonally and serve with extra dressing or a side dish.
Notes
- To make this wrap lighter, use a low-fat Caesar dressing or a homemade dressing with Greek yogurt.
- You can make the wrap ahead of time, but store the dressing separately to prevent sogginess.
