Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for topping)
- Salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg to taste
- Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Slice zucchini and pat dry to remove moisture.
