Description

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 pounds cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • For the filling, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in melted white chocolate, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  • Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 60-70 minutes. Let it cool in the oven with the door ajar for one hour.
  • Chill for 4-6 hours or overnight. Top with fresh blueberries and blueberry sauce before serving.
