- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- For the filling, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in melted white chocolate, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Pour the filling into the crust and bake for 60-70 minutes. Let it cool in the oven with the door ajar for one hour.
- Chill for 4-6 hours or overnight. Top with fresh blueberries and blueberry sauce before serving.
