  • 3 large eggs

  • ½ cup sour cream

Topping:

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for 1 hour. Let cool in oven for 1 hour.
  5. Cook the pineapple topping by simmering crushed pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until thickened.
