Instructions

  • Fold dry ingredients into wet until combined.
  • Divide batter into liners and bake 18-20 minutes; cool completely.
  • Brew espresso and mix with coffee liqueur; cool.
  • Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar; fold into mascarpone gently.
  • Poke holes in cupcakes and brush with espresso mixture.
