- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
