  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Add melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Whisk until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
