This refreshing and vibrant strawberry spinach salad combines fresh, seasonal strawberries with tender spinach for a healthy and satisfying dish. Topped with optional nuts and cheese, and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette, it’s the perfect balance of sweetness, tang, and crunch. Serve it as a side dish or add protein to make it a complete meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups fresh spinach, washed and dried
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup nuts (walnuts, almonds, or your choice), optional
  • ¼ cup feta cheese or goat cheese, optional
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette (or dressing of choice)

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the spinach and strawberries. Pat the spinach dry and slice the strawberries.
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach and strawberries. Add nuts and cheese if desired.
  3. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Serve immediately, or store dressing separately if prepping in advance.

Notes
