Description

A light, fluffy, and fruity dessert salad that’s perfect for BBQs, potlucks, and holidays. No baking required!


Ingredients

  •  1 small box (3 oz) Strawberry Jell-O
  •  1 cup cottage cheese
  •  1 cup mini marshmallows
  •  1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  •  1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
  •  8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1.  In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese and Jell-O powder until fully combined.
  2.  Add drained pineapple and chopped strawberries, stirring gently.
  3.  Fold in mini marshmallows.
  4.  Carefully fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  5.  Add chopped nuts if using.
  6.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7.  Stir before serving, garnish with strawberries, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Let it chill for at least an hour for the best flavor.
  • Drain all fruit thoroughly to prevent excess liquid.
