Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook rotini until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak bites on medium-high heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and simmer until the sauce thickens. Add the steak and pasta to the skillet, toss to coat, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, substitute with coconut milk and dairy-free cheese.
- You can substitute steak with chicken or shrimp.
