Description

This hearty dish brings together tender steak bites, creamy garlic parmesan sauce, and rotini pasta for a satisfying, comforting meal that feels fancy but is quick and easy to prepare. Perfect for busy weeknights or casual dinner gatherings, it’s sure to become a favorite.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Boil a large pot of salted water and cook rotini until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak bites on medium-high heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese and simmer until the sauce thickens. Add the steak and pasta to the skillet, toss to coat, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, substitute with coconut milk and dairy-free cheese.
  • You can substitute steak with chicken or shrimp.
