- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, or oat)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and baking powder.
- Add the plant-based milk and stir to form a smooth batter.
- Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and place it on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While the wings bake, melt the vegan butter in a saucepan and mix with the buffalo sauce.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite sides and dipping sauces.
