Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, or oat)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and baking powder.
  3. Add the plant-based milk and stir to form a smooth batter.
  4. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter and place it on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. While the wings bake, melt the vegan butter in a saucepan and mix with the buffalo sauce.
  7. Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve with your favorite sides and dipping sauces.
