Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb fresh salmon fillets, chopped
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Burger buns (or lettuce wraps)

Instructions
- Combine the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, dill, lemon zest, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix gently until combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties, pressing firmly to hold the shape.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toast the buns, then assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings and serve.
Notes
- For a healthier version, serve in lettuce wraps instead of buns.
- Chill the patties for 30 minutes before cooking to help them hold together.
