Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, sliced into coins
  • 1 cup watermelon cubes
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cubed cheddar or mozzarella
  • 6 deli meat slices, rolled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 1/2 cup hummus or tzatziki
  • 1/2 cup pita chips
  • 1/2 cup multigrain crackers
  • Fresh mint, optional
  • Flavored salt or chili powder, optional


Instructions

  • Wash and dry all fruits and vegetables.
  • Slice cucumbers, halve strawberries and tomatoes, cube watermelon and cheese.
  • Roll up deli meat slices and halve boiled eggs.
  • Choose a large platter or several small containers for serving.
  • Arrange dips in small bowls, then place large items (fruit cubes, cheese, meats) around them.
  • Fill in with smaller items like grape tomatoes and grapes.
  • Add crackers and pita chips just before serving.
  • Garnish with mint leaves or drizzle honey/chili powder as desired.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
