Description

This homemade pineapple juice is a sweet, vibrant, and refreshing tropical drink that’s perfect for warm days, brunches, or anytime you need a boost of sunshine. Made with ripe pineapple, cold water, and a touch of citrus if desired, this drink is both delicious and packed with health benefits. Easy to make, naturally sweet, and endlessly customizable, it’s a juice you’ll want to make again and again.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 12 teaspoons fresh lemon or lime juice (optional)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Optional sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave)

Instructions

  • Peel, core, and chop the pineapple into chunks.
  • Add pineapple and water to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Taste and add citrus juice or sweetener if desired. Blend again briefly.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag for a smoother texture (optional).
  • Serve over ice and garnish with mint or pineapple wedges.

Notes

  • Use coconut water instead of regular water for a tropical twist.
  • For a pulp-free experience, strain through a nut milk bag.
  • Always use ripe pineapple for best flavor—avoid underripe fruit.
