Ingredients
- 4 medium fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 cans crescent roll dough (8-count each)
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 can (12 oz) lemon-lime soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Peel and slice peaches into wedges.
- Wrap each peach slice in a crescent dough triangle, place seam down in baking dish.
- Melt butter in saucepan, stir in sugar and cinnamon until slightly dissolved. Add vanilla if using.
- Pour butter-sugar mixture over dumplings evenly.
- Pour lemon-lime soda around dumplings, not on top.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
