Ingredients
- 2-3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
- 4 cups arugula or mixed baby greens
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze or balsamic vinaigrette
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Optional: toasted pistachios or almonds for crunch
Instructions
- Wash and slice peaches into thin wedges.
- Arrange arugula or greens on a serving platter.
- Tear burrata into portions and place over the greens.
- Arrange peach slices around and over the burrata.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves on top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze or vinaigrette.
- Season with flaky sea salt and cracked pepper.
- Sprinkle toasted nuts if using.

Notes
- Use peaches that are ripe but firm for best texture. Burrata is best fresh and at room temperature. Adjust balsamic glaze amount to taste, avoiding over-dressing. For an extra savory twist, add thin slices of prosciutto.
