- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 tbsp chili honey
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh herbs (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Crumble feta cheese into a bowl and mix with salt, pepper, and any optional herbs.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- Spoon feta mixture into the center of each pastry square.
- Fold pastry around the filling, sealing with water or egg wash.
- Brush the rolls with egg wash and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Drizzle with chili honey before serving.

- You can freeze the unbaked rolls for later use. Adjust the heat level of the chili honey to your preference.
