Ingredients

  • 2 boxes (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (16 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided


Instructions

  • Crush the Oreos by hand or in a food processor until you get small chunks. Set aside.
  • Whisk together the instant pudding and cold milk for about 2 minutes, then refrigerate to set.
  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
  • Fold in half of the whipped topping until combined and fluffy.
  • In a 9×13-inch dish, layer half of the crushed Oreos on the bottom.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookies.
  • Layer the chocolate pudding on top of the cream layer.
  • Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding.
  • Top with the rest of the crushed Oreos.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (4 hours or overnight is best).
