Description

These No-Bake Caramel Crunch Butterfinger Truffles are the perfect mix of smooth caramel, crunchy Butterfinger, and rich chocolate. They’re easy to make, require no baking, and are completely addictive. Perfect for holidays, parties, or just when you need a quick sweet fix!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
  • 20 soft caramels (like Kraft or Werther’s)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smooth melting)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Butterfinger Bars – Place them in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin until you have fine crumbs. Set aside.
  2. Melt the Caramels – In a saucepan over low heat, melt the caramels with heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  3. Make the Filling – In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the melted caramel and mix well.
  4. Add Crunch – Fold in the crushed Butterfinger pieces. Mix until evenly distributed.
  5. Chill the Mixture – Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
  6. Form the Truffles – Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  7. Freeze – Freeze the truffles for 15–20 minutes so they hold their shape.
  8. Melt the Chocolate – Microwave chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted.
  9. Dip the Truffles – Using a fork, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
  10. Garnish and Set – Sprinkle with extra Butterfinger crumbs and let the chocolate harden. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • For a salted caramel version, sprinkle sea salt on top before the chocolate sets.
  • Try white chocolate for a sweeter variation.
  • If the mixture gets too sticky to roll, lightly grease your hands with butter.
