Ingredients

  • 6 ripe nectarines, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, diced


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Toss nectarine slices with lemon juice, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix oats, flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and salt.
  • Cut butter into the oat mixture until crumbly.
  • Place nectarines in a baking dish and sprinkle topping evenly.
