- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 12 oz pasta of choice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through. Rest covered.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for a minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer 2–3 minutes. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer gently 3–5 minutes until thickened.
- Stir in parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Return chicken to skillet, coating it in sauce.
- Toss cooked pasta in sauce, ensuring each strand is coated. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
