- 1 lb fresh crab meat (or canned, drained)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce. Stir well.
- Gently fold in the crab meat and green onions.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Garnish with fresh green onions and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or smoked paprika.
- This dip can be made a day in advance and baked just before serving.
