Description

This creamy and indulgent crab dip combines tender crab meat, rich cheeses, and a blend of seasonings that will have everyone coming back for more. Perfect for parties, family gatherings, or simply as a treat for yourself, this dip is sure to impress.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh crab meat (or canned, drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce. Stir well.
  4. Gently fold in the crab meat and green onions.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  7. Garnish with fresh green onions and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or smoked paprika.
  • This dip can be made a day in advance and baked just before serving.
