- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3-4 fresh jalapenos, diced

- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Dice jalapenos, remove seeds if desired.
- Cook bacon until crisp and chop into small pieces.

- Stir in cheddar, Monterey Jack, and diced jalapenos. Fold in most of the bacon.
- Spread mixture evenly in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining bacon on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with green onions or chives. Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.
