Instructions

- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with milk. Mix in tonic water and food coloring, if using.
- Spoon batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before serving under UV light for glowing effect.
