Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- Optional: chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, lemon wedges
Instructions
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange on a wire rack over a lined baking sheet or in an air fryer basket.
- Bake at 425°F for 40–45 minutes or air fry at 400°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.

- Toss hot wings in garlic butter sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with extra parmesan, parsley, or chili flakes.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dip.
Notes
- For crispier wings, finish under the broiler for 2–3 minutes.
- Add a squeeze of lemon for brightness or a pinch of red pepper for heat.
- Use a wire rack when baking to help the wings crisp evenly.
