These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs take everything you love about a juicy cheeseburger and wrap it inside a crispy, golden biscuit dough, brushed with garlic butter and parmesan. Perfect for parties, game nights, or a fun dinner!

Ingredients

Scale

1. For the Filling:

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

2. For the Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade)

3. For the Garlic Parmesan Coating:

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the Filling: Brown the beef in a skillet. Add onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are soft. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Prepare the Dough: Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly.
  4. Assemble the Bombs: Spoon 1 tbsp beef mixture onto the dough, add a small cheese cube, then fold and seal tightly.
  5. Bake: Place on a baking sheet, seam-side down. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Prepare Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.
  7. Coat & Serve: Brush hot bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan. Serve warm!

Notes

  • Make Ahead Tip: Assemble a day in advance, refrigerate, then bake when needed.
  • Crispier Texture: Bake an extra 3-5 minutes for a crunchier crust.
  • Cheese Choices: Try mozzarella, gouda, or pepper jack for variety.
