These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs take everything you love about a juicy cheeseburger and wrap it inside a crispy, golden biscuit dough, brushed with garlic butter and parmesan. Perfect for parties, game nights, or a fun dinner!

1. For the Filling:
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2. For the Dough:
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade)
3. For the Garlic Parmesan Coating:
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the Filling: Brown the beef in a skillet. Add onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until onions are soft. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Prepare the Dough: Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly.
- Assemble the Bombs: Spoon 1 tbsp beef mixture onto the dough, add a small cheese cube, then fold and seal tightly.
- Bake: Place on a baking sheet, seam-side down. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.
- Coat & Serve: Brush hot bombs with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan. Serve warm!
