Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie pan to form the crust. Chill.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and lemon juice.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Arrange sliced strawberries on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
