Description

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie pan to form the crust. Chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and lemon juice.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Arrange sliced strawberries on top.
