Ingredients

  • 1½ cups filtered water
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • Juice of 1 lemon (or lime)
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (or maple syrup)
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional: pinch of baking soda or calcium-magnesium powder


Instructions

  • Pour filtered water and coconut water into a pitcher or jar.
