2. Filling:

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

3. Chocolate Ganache Drizzle:

  • 4 oz (113g) dark chocolate
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

  • Edible gold flakes
  • Chopped nuts (pistachios or almonds)
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: Finely chop the chocolate and melt it using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
  2. Make the Chocolate Cups: Spoon melted chocolate into cupcake liners or silicone molds, coating the sides evenly. Chill for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Double Coat (Optional): Apply a second chocolate layer for extra thickness. Chill again.
  4. Prepare the Filling: Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  5. Remove Chocolate Cups: Carefully peel away the liners or pop the cups out of molds.
  6. Fill the Chocolate Cups: Spoon the strawberry cream mixture into each cup, leaving a little space at the top.
  7. Make the Ganache: Warm heavy cream and pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  8. Drizzle the Ganache: Pour or drizzle over the filled cups.
  9. Garnish: Add edible gold flakes, nuts, or coconut for an extra luxurious touch.
  10. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes before serving.
