Ingredients

2. Filling:

- 2 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
3. Chocolate Ganache Drizzle:
- 4 oz (113g) dark chocolate
- ¼ cup heavy cream
4. Optional Garnishes:
- Edible gold flakes
- Chopped nuts (pistachios or almonds)
- Shredded coconut
Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate: Finely chop the chocolate and melt it using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
- Make the Chocolate Cups: Spoon melted chocolate into cupcake liners or silicone molds, coating the sides evenly. Chill for 15-20 minutes.
- Double Coat (Optional): Apply a second chocolate layer for extra thickness. Chill again.
- Prepare the Filling: Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold in chopped strawberries.
- Remove Chocolate Cups: Carefully peel away the liners or pop the cups out of molds.
- Fill the Chocolate Cups: Spoon the strawberry cream mixture into each cup, leaving a little space at the top.
- Make the Ganache: Warm heavy cream and pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
