Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large bag Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavor)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 large tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef, draining excess fat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Add taco seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Stir well to combine.
  4. Layer crushed Doritos in a baking dish. Add half of the beef mixture, followed by a layer of shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat with the remaining Doritos, beef, and cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes covered with foil, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Garnish with fresh cilantro, green onions, or a dollop of sour cream for extra flavor.
