- 1 large bag Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavor)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 large tomato, diced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef, draining excess fat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add taco seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Stir well to combine.
- Layer crushed Doritos in a baking dish. Add half of the beef mixture, followed by a layer of shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat with the remaining Doritos, beef, and cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes covered with foil, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
