Description

This Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a quick and easy way to enjoy the comforting flavors of lasagna with minimal effort. With layers of frozen ravioli, rich marinara sauce, creamy ricotta, and melted mozzarella, this dish is a family favorite that cooks itself!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen ravioli (cheese or meat)
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Step 1: Brown the ground beef or sausage in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  • Step 2: Stir in the marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasonings. Let simmer.
  • Step 3: Layer the sauce, ravioli, ricotta, and cheeses in the crockpot. Repeat layers.
  • Step 4: Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until bubbly and the ravioli is tender.
  • Step 5: Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
