- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes in a single layer and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic, and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet, add seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, thyme), and stir to combine.
- Add butter and stir until melted, ensuring everything is well coated. Serve warm.
