Description

This Creamy Garlic Parmesan Steak Pasta combines tender, juicy steak with a luscious, garlicky cream sauce and perfectly cooked pasta. Ingredients

  • 2 steaks (flank, ribeye, or sirloin)
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then sear for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Add pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat. Add sliced steak and toss again.
  • Serve topped with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
