- 2 steaks (flank, ribeye, or sirloin)
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then sear for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Add pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat. Add sliced steak and toss again.
- Serve topped with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
