  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth

3. For the Pasta:

  • 8 oz penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine
  • Water and salt for boiling

4. For Garnishing:

  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and spices. Coat the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat butter and olive oil in a pan. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce: Sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and spices, cooking for 30 seconds. Stir in crushed tomatoes and broth, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Blend the Sauce: Use an immersion blender to create a smooth consistency. Stir in heavy cream.
