  • 46 ears of corn on the cob
  • 23 tablespoons of butter
  • 12 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Garlic powder, smoked paprika, fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)

 


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silk.
  3. Place the corn on a baking sheet and brush with butter and olive oil.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices or herbs.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Once done, remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

Notes
