Ingredients
- 12 oz rotini pasta (or fusilli)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced

- 1 cup mozzarella (shredded or cubed)
- ¾ cup Italian dressing (plus more to taste)

Instructions
