- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and granulated sugar.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; don’t overmix.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake.
- Drizzle cinnamon sugar in a spiral on each pancake and swirl with a toothpick.
