  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Arrange cinnamon rolls in the bottom of the pan and drizzle with melted butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla, sour cream, and flour.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cinnamon rolls and bake for 45-60 minutes until set.
