 - 1 cup jasmine or brown rice
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1 teaspoon cumin
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - Toppings: Avocado, shredded carrots, cucumber, scallions, sesame seeds
 
Instructions
- Rinse and cook the rice according to package instructions.
 - Season the chicken with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
 - Slice the chicken thinly once cooked.
 - Assemble each bowl with rice as the base. Top with sliced chicken, avocado, shredded carrots, cucumber, and scallions. Drizzle with your choice of sauce.
 - Garnish with sesame seeds or fresh herbs and serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to switch up the rice or toppings based on what you have available.
