  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lemon (zest and juice)
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme or rosemary
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Step 3: Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  • Step 5: Return chicken to the skillet, sprinkle with lemon zest and fresh herbs, and cook for 2 minutes.
