Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the chicken breasts in butter until fully cooked. Shred the chicken into small pieces.
- Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft. Add chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares. Add the chicken mixture in the center.
