- 6 cups Romaine and/or Iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup deli ham, julienned
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved or quartered
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- Dressing of choice (Thousand Island, Ranch, etc.)
Instructions
- Wash, dry, and chop the lettuce; place it in a serving bowl.
- Slice the cooked chicken and ham. Set aside.
- Peel and slice the hard-boiled eggs.
- Slice all vegetables and avocado.
- Layer the lettuce with the meats, eggs, vegetables, cheese, and bacon.
- Serve with dressing on the side or lightly drizzle on top before serving.
