Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips and butter together, then stir into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
