Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1½ cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, and chicken broth. Add seasoning.
- Mix in the shredded chicken, vegetables, and half of the cheese.
