Ingredients

  • 45 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small knob of ginger (about 1 inch), peeled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ to 1 cup filtered water (if using a blender)

Instructions

  • Wash, peel, and chop carrots and ginger.
