A creamy, savory pasta dish with tender ground beef, rotini pasta, and a luscious garlic Parmesan sauce. Quick to make and packed with flavor, this dish will become a family favorite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
  4. Add butter to the skillet, then pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine, then add grated Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, then serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • Feel free to add extra vegetables like mushrooms or spinach for added flavor and texture.
  • For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
