- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Add butter to the skillet, then pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine, then add grated Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, then serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
