Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce (plus more for drizzling)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)


Instructions
