Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
- Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon) in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-65 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
