  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
  • Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon) in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-65 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
